We are centrally located so by boat your are just mins from great fishing spots like Pelican island, USS Selma, north and south jetties, and the Texas city dyke. We are also the closest subdivision to blue water for all you deep sea anglers...just 12 mins to the end of the jetties!!
The fish stay close by thanks to the underwater green light keeping the bait circling
